Brewing process

You start by calling in or phoning to make an appointment. (Bookings are essential).

The whole process usually takes about 70 minutes.

We ensure your brew ferments down to the correct level in our Filters Imagetemperature controlled fermentation rooms, maintaining a constant 18°C. This ensures a controlled fermentation and consistent product every time.

ON YOUR BOTTLING DAY

We filter your beer through our three stage filtration system. This ensures a clean, clear and sparkling beer every time.

Finally we carbonate your beer using an electronic carbonator and food grade C02, Bottling Imageto once again ensure your brew comes out in perfect form.

Return with your clean bottles. We have bottles for sale, but would prefer you collect your own bottles to minimise your costs. You can also use kegs if you wish.

We help you to sterilise your bottles, then we sample your beer. This is what you have been waiting for, mmmm my beer!!

There are caps and cappers on your table, and we show you how to get started.

To avoid any spoilage, we strongly recommend that you refrigerate your beer as soon as you get home.
